About Apex20
Built in a dealership, not a software company.
Apex20 was built by a working dealer principal who sat in the same meetings you do. Same monthly statement, same three trips a year, same nagging feeling that the group was doing most of the work.
So we built the tool the group actually needed. Apex20 Performance Groups Ltd. is a Canadian company, owned and run by a dealer, and our own two CDJR stores upload to it every month, right alongside everybody else’s. When something in the portal is wrong or slow or annoying, we feel it first.
That is the whole idea. A performance group belongs to the dealers in it. The portal should just be very good at the arithmetic, the coaching and the meeting, and it should be honest about what it costs.

Dealer-owned
Apex20 is owned and run by a dealer principal, not an investor group and not a software company. We are members of a 20-group ourselves, and we run our stores on this portal every month.
Your numbers stay yours
We do not sell, syndicate or repackage member data. Your statements belong to your store, group comparisons use store codes, and your data exports to Excel whenever you want it, including on the way out.
Every number shows its work
Click any line in The Numbers and the portal shows your store’s own arithmetic (your gross divided by your sales), sourced back to the line on the statement you uploaded. To the dollar, every line, every month.
A basis you can audit
Every line shows the group average, your rank in the room, and your Apex20 target. Each target carries a badge saying where it came from: peer-derived, researched, expert judgement, imported or manually set.
You can always ask why a target is what it is, and get an answer.
No lock-in
Month to month. No multi-year agreement, no exit fee, no hostage-taking. You upload the same Excel statement you already produce, and if Apex20 ever stops earning its keep, you take your data and go.
One published price
$199 per store per month, all-in, plus applicable taxes, with optional professional moderation at $250 per store per month. No setup fees, no per-seat charges, no hourly consulting.

Everything in Portal, plus three moderated meetings per year. All-inclusive except the meeting room and food.
